Berlin 2009. Twenty years after the fall of the Berlin Wall which I photographed in 1989 for the Independent Newspaper I returned to photograph the changes that have happened over the past 20 years..The Ministry of Finance which used to be Goerings Air Ministry Building. The East German tiled art work erected in 1953 is called " The importance of peace for the cultural development of humanity and the necessity of struggle to achieve this goal".
