Jean-Marie Le Chevallier was elected mayor of Toulon during the 1995 municipal , thanks a triangular against UDF candidate and against a PS candidate, under the label National Front . It's Guy Nachin which became his first deputy. Its mandate is characterized by several splits within his own majority.
